Our members make COROA a successful and powerful Rental Owner's Association. We add new members monthly and are able to provide workshops and classes that serve our members as well as provide access to up-to-date legal forms & publications. Combined together with other associations around the state we make up the Oregon Rental Housing Association, a strong organization that strives to educate and bring landlords together to promote reasonable laws and regulations.
