Why: Rent not paid or only received partial rent on time
When: On the 8th day rent is past due or on the date of a One Time Partial Payment Agreement, Form #29
Do you know what to do when your tenant does not pay rent on time? Do you go over and demand payment? Is that harassment? What's the next step? At this workshop learn the legal steps in collecting rent NOW and preventing it from happening on a monthly basis.

Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
