January Workshop Information
Do you send out a Confirmation of 30-day Notice form to your tenant when you receive a notice to vacate from them? Did you know that COROA has an Entry Agreement form that can be used when you are trying to sell your property which can allow easier access for showings?
When you receive a notice from your tenants that they're leaving, it's a good idea to confirm the notice. This establishes continuing good communication that you received the notice and spells out some details that are often the subject of disagreement later. If you're actively attempting to sell your rental, you and your tenant can agree that you can show it to prospects without giving prior notice. Come to the workshop and learn what to do and what form to use when your tenant gives notice as well as proper and easier ways for showing your property when it's for sale. Bring your questions for this informative workshop.
