**Jann has been working in the Real Estate industry since moving to Oregon in 1994. She advanced rapidly through the ranks of a large rental company based in Portland, where she served as a Portfolio Manager. After moving to Newport, OR, Assurance Real Estate Services opened in 2009. Jann is currently the President of the Central Coast Rental Owners Association in Newport and serves as Secretary of the ORHA Education, Inc. as well as the the Co-chair of the ORHA Education Committee. Jann holds many industry designations with more planned for future license renewal.
Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
