Advertising to Executing: The Basics of Renting Your Property
Join us for this informative 1 hour workshop on renting your property. It will include a focus on the proper language to remain compliant with fair housing; acceptable and unacceptable words and verbiage that one should use with caution. Some sample advertising ideas will be given for you to use for your ad's. Bring your questions!

** Parker Vernon is a native "Bendite". Born here in 1992, lived his entire life in Central Oregon and has seen Bend change over the years. Parker has been a licensed real estate broker for 5 years and has worked in property management for three and a half years in both Corvallis and Bend. He currently manages property for Vernon Property Management, a family business started by his parents in 1991 that currently manages 200 doors. Having been raised in real estate and property management, Parker has an in depth knowledge of how the business operates and the "do's and don'ts" of the industry. Being a rental owner himself, Parker understands the importance of taking this job seriously and uses that as a standard of how he manages properties for his clients.
Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
