**John Baker obtained his real estate license in 1976 at age 20 during college and began his career in real estate at this family firm Ned Baker Red Estate, Inc. in Salem, Oregon in 1977. During his 35 years there it became the largest single-family property management firm as well as the oldest firm in Salem. John served as president of the Salem Association of Realtors in 1991 and the Oregon Association in 1999. John was a principal broker at Windermere Central Oregon Real Estate for 5 years before stepping back April 2018. John teaches classes for real estate agents, runs, is writing a book, and lives with his wife Debbie in Sunriver.
Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
