**Tia Politi 

Tia has more than fourteen years of management experience.  She specialized in residential property management and also manages her own rental properties.  Tia serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Lane County chapter of the Rental Owners Association, is Chair of the Programming and Bulletin Committees, and Co-Chair of the Education Committee.  She is Secretary for the Oregon Rental Housing Association and the Forms Committee Chair.  Tia is a volunteer instructor for St. Vincent de Paul's 'Renters Rehab' program, serves on the Law Library Committee at the Lane County Courthouse  and also teaches classes to other property owners and managers o topics including evictions, small claims,and fair housing & advertising.


Cancellations/Changes and Refunds:  Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
