Tenant selection is the single biggest factor in determining if your property ownership experience is going to be a win or a train wreck.  This course covers:  picturing YOUR best tenant, finding your best tenant, how to prep your property, meeting and screening potential tenants and keeping tenants you like.

**Mike Zoormajian is principal of WetDog Properties in Sisters, Oregon.  Specializing in residential investment properties.  He has an MBA in Finance from some no-name school in California and is an adjunct instructor at PSU and OSU.  In his spare time he pens the Dear Property Guy newspaper column.  Mostly, he is into riding and flying around Central Oregon

Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
