This webinar will cover what kinds of notices to serve (including for-cause, no-cause and qualifying landlord reasons), what kind of evidence is needed to win in court (if it goes there), how to properly fill out the notice, calculate time, and serve it so that if it goes to court you will win, and when you have to pay relocation fees.

*In order to receive CE credit hours you must be present for roll call at 3 p.m. check-in AND 5 p.m. check-out.
Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
