     Estate Planning: Be Prepared - Plan for your future and loved ones

    Estate planning is the process of proactively making end-of-life decisions, protecting your assets so you can live your life and passing on your estate to those you love after you pass away. I will be discussing the different techniques and options for cultivating an estate plan that works for clients, as well as the effect and administration of different estate plan options after the death of the planner.

    There will be a Q & A afterwards.

    About Jacklyn Richins:

    Jacklyn has a passion for guiding members of her community and their families through potentially difficult life circumstances. She has an extensive background in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, probate, estate planning and trust administration. Jacklyn assists clients with planning for taxable estates, negotiating settlement agreements for families experiencing extreme conflict and advising clients through every step in the process of complicated legal matters.

    Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.

    Our members make COROA a successful and powerful Rental Owner's Association.  We add new members monthly and are able to provide workshops and classes that serve our members as well as provide access to up-to-date legal forms & publications.  Combined together with other associations around the state we make up the Oregon Rental Housing Association, a strong organization that strives to educate and bring landlords together to promote reasonable laws and regulations.  The Board of Directors would like to invite you to this Member Appreciation Celebration.  Advertising Members will be there with information on how they can help you with your rentals.  It is a great time to network, enjoy good food, fun and prizes.
