Do you have established screening guidelines and do they meet Oregon laws and Fair Housing guidelines?  Come to an informative workshop designed to provide you with the newest laws and practices of the screening process.  Beginning with knowing what you can ask and what you need to tell each applicant, this workshop will address the entire process, from filling out the form to criminal background checks.

 1 CE credits for licensed professionals!

Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
