IMPORTANT NOTICE ––– OFFICE CLOSURE
The COROA Office is Currently Closed from 02/05/2026 until 02/22/2026 – We will return to normal business hours on 02/23/2026. Please continue sending emails and we will do our best to respond to these when we return to normal business hours on the 23rd .
If you need assistance while our office is closed, the landlord helpline will continue normal hours, except Monday, February 16, which is a banking holiday. The helpline can be contacted at (541) 323-6110 option 1.

Interactive Workshops will be held monthly with the exception of June, July, August & December, have a limited amount of attendees, will only last an hour to an hour & a half, & included continuing education credits. Because of the smaller group size they are intended to be interactive & more of an open forum with plenty of time for Q & A. Our goal is to rotate these workshops between Bend & Redmond to assist some of our members with travel. The cost to sponsor a workshop is $75 and you'll need to provide light refreshments and beverages.
Educational Classes will be held monthly with the exception of June, July, August & December. These classes are 2 hours, included continuing education credits & networking time. There is also time for Q& A for most classes. The cost to sponsor a class is $125 .
