the CENTRAL OREGON Rental Owners Association?
If you own or manage rental properties anywhere in Deschutes, Crook or Jefferson County, you are eligible for membership in the Central Oregon Rental Owners Association.

Your dues are for a 1 year membership in COROA and your renewal date will be 1 year from the date you join. The cost is based on the number of rentals you own or manage. Please choose the membership level that corresponds to that number. (The first year of membership ONLY there is an additional $110 for a Law Book or Forms Manual with your membership). New Law Books are expected to come out in the Fall '24. After picking your level you'll have the choice to pay your annual dues online with PayPal or your credit card. (dues are non-refundable)
After your payment is received, you'll get a welcome e-mail and instructions on how to get a password. You can then login to take advantage of the online services.
