COROA is a full service local rental association that assists our members succeed in owning or managing rental properties through rental forms and broad based educational classes to legal guidance, industry news and industry partners.
AFFILIATIONS
Our network assists our members at both the local and state levels — and by joining COROA — you’ll automatically become a member of Oregon Rental Housing Association.
GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS & LEGISLATION
While keeping you abreast of the current rental laws and services our government affairs team advocate for the rental property industry in the state capitol, city halls and county courthouses. We listen to our members and encourage you to voice your opinion.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS & CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
COROA provides our members broad-based educational classes, workshops, and seminars that qualify for continuing education credits as well as our annual member appreciation meeting. Participate and connect with other industry professionals as well as our dedicated industry partners. Sponsorship opportunities are available as well for our educational classes.
