**Tia Politi is a licensed property manager with more than twelve years of management experience and also manages her own rental properties. Tia serves as  President of the Board of Directors for the Lane County chapter of the Rental Owners Association. She is a state delegate for the Oregon Rental Housing Association and the Forms Committee Chair.  Tia is a volunteer instructor for St. Vincent de Paul's 'Renters Rehab' program, and serves on the Law Library Committee at the Lane County Courthouse. She also teaches classes to other property owners and managers on topics including evictions, the move-in process, tenant issues, and fair housing & advertising.


Cancellations/Changes and Refunds:  Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
