Forms #9, #12 & #38 - How & When to Use Them

Start your new tenancy off right with form #9.  It creates good communication in the beginning and can be a useful tool in the end.  #12 - What's next when the keys are turned in? Do you know the laws and time frame for landlords and your responsibilities?  #38 - With Cause Notice - tenant being compliant?  Be wise on how to deliver this notice and fix the cause if needed.  Landlords need to follow through.  Each case is different and this workshop will give you examples to use this form effectively.  We will cover these and more - come bring your questions and be informed.

Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
