Ever question if you did your move out inspection properly?  Do you know what is considered "normal" wear and tear and what you can charge your tenant for?  Christian Bryant will take us step by step through the move out inspection, processing the final accounting, and even how to collect when your tenant refuses to pay for the damages they caused.

**Christian Bryant has operated his own property management company for the last 10 years while also serving as President of the Portland Area Rental Owners Association and President of the NW Real Estate Investors Association.  His Property Management and Investment Real Estate Sales company, IRC Real Estate, recently expanded to open offices in Mililani, HI and Bend, OR.

Cancellations/Changes and Refunds:  Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
