November WEBINAR Workshop:

Pandemic Property Sales

  Tuesday, November 30, 2021
  11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Property purchases and sales with tenants in place has become a mine-field for sellers and buyers alike. Between restrictions posed by Senate Bill 608 back in 2019, to the current moratoria overlays, there’s a lot to know!

If you are a realtor or a property owner planning to buy or sell, this class will take you through the different options for termination, including no-cause, for-cause and Qualifying Landlord Reasons, and also addresses issues of relocation expenses, legal service of notice, how to deal with unreasonable denial of entry to show the unit, as well as tips for gaining the renter’s cooperation. It covers things that Buyers and Sellers Agents must know to ensure you are fulfilling your fiduciary duty to your clients.
