Come have lunch and talk about Roommates. Do you have a room that you rent in your house? Do you have a rental unit that you rent to 2 or more persons that are unrelated? You have roommates! Learn what forms COROA has to offer you that are a good fit for renting out a room in your house. What if one of the roommates wants to move out and the other's want to stay, what do you do? what if one tenant pays rent and the other doesn't? what about roommate conflicts? We will talk about these scenarios and more.
