*Perry Rhodes:  Perry Rhodes has been helping families & small businesses in Central Oregon since 2003.  With 4 licensed agents, his team currently serves clients representing over 1,300 landlord or HOA properties.  Licensed in 5 western states, their goal is to help clients understand their insurance and be better informed to make the right decisions for themselves about their coverage.

**Jennifer Edmonson:  Jennifer is the Branch Manager of the Bend office and also serves as an Exchange Officer.  She joined 1031 CORP. after working as a real estate broker and in title and escrow.  Jen utilizes her knowledge of the real estate sale and closing process to ensure our 1031 CORP. clients have a smooth exchange experience.  She has a passion for wanting to partner with clients to help them accomplish their investment goals with a personal approach.  Jen also spent many years in healthcare, coordinating and supervising daily operations, quality metrics, development, compliance, and staffing support.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business and healthcare Management from Western Governors University.

Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
