**To receive CE credits you MUST attend the live webinar AND sign-in at the beginning of the webinar and at the end in the side bar as well as provide your RE license #.  You will be e-mailed your CE Credits within 7 days from end of webinar.

* Joseph Lewis is a partner at Isler and has a broad background as an attorney and CPA. His public accounting experience dates back to 2000 when he worked for KPMG as a corporate tax intern. His experience also includes accounting senior at Deloitte, financial reporting for Fortune 500 companies Nextel and Danaher, and tax partner at Wooten Mischel & Lewis. He is an Oregon native and a graduate of Thurston Elementary, Thurston Middle, and Thurston High School. He is raising his family with his wife, Leslie (from Alaska) in Creswell.  www.islercpa.com

**Glenn Munro has over 40 years of varied experience advising clients regarding accounting aspects in many fields of business. His areas of expertise are primarily in taxation and business planning. He serves clients in areas including manufacturing, medical services, real estate development, retail sales, logging, restaurants, farming, ranching, and not for profit organizations.

Glenn provides services including federal and state tax planning, selection of entities, and selection of retirement plans. He also represents clients during income and estate tax examinations. He has been a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and assists clients with business valuations and with determining the appropriate structure for business sales and acquisitions. Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
