This in-person class is Free and only available to COROA members. Space is limited to 14 people. You'll get a comprehensive overview of the ORHA Online Forms Store. Whether you're new to our platform or looking to sharpen your skills, this class will walk you through everything you need to know to confidently navigate, access, and utilize the rental forms you need.

The class is being taught by Wendy Larson, current COROA President, private landlord and COROA member for more than 20 years.
This class includes:
- How to browse and search for forms
- How to use your member discount code
- How to utilize form packages for new tenants
- Downloading and printing forms
- Tips for getting the most out of our platform
Our goal is to make sure you leave this class feeling comfortable and confident using our store to meet your form-related needs.
This class is interactive, so bring your laptop or other device to patriciate AND your forms manual (if you have one).
This Free class is for COROA members only, but you do need to register. Space is limited to only 14 participants, so register soon!. CE credits will not be offered, (for informational purposes only).
If another class is needed, we will consider adding one in November.
There will not be a recorded version of this class.
