Learn how to analyze properties, understand Central Oregon market trends, evaluate financing options, and identify the right investing strategy for your goals.  Join us and gain the confidence to build, grow, or optimize your real estate portfolio.

Taught by Tom Standish**, a local real estate broker, investor, and COROA Board Member, this session is designed to give you actionable tools you can use immediately to make smarter investment decisions.

You will be e-mailed a link approximately 1 hour prior to the start of the webinar to join in.

Cost:  Members:  $35

   Non-Members:  $50

CE Credits are an additional $20

You must Register and pay online!  On the day of the webinar you will receive a link that will allow you to watch from your home or work computer, even your smart phone. A chat box will allow you to ask questions directly to the instructor. 

**To receive CE credits you MUST attend the live webinar AND sign-in at the beginning of the webinar and at the end in the side bar as well as provide your RE license #.  You will be e-mailed your CE Credits within 7 days from end of webinar.
