The COROA Office is Currently Closed for ORHA Board Meetings from 05/14/2026 until 05/19/2026 – We will return to normal business hours on 05/20/2026. Please continue sending emails and we will do our best to respond to these when we return to normal business hours on the 20^th. 

The landlord helpline (for members only) will continue normal operational hours (M-TH 9-12 & 1-4:30). The member helpline can be contacted at (541) 323-6110 option 1 and calls are typically returned within 24-48 business hours.
